A clearer next step.

Answers for connecting your data, understanding a result and managing your workspace.

Connect Stripe or Paddle

Open Connections in your workspace and add a dedicated provider API key. Check the Live or Sandbox label before importing. Each workspace currently supports one account per provider.

The import view shows progress by category. Imports continue in the background, so you can leave the page. For ongoing updates, follow the Live updates setup for that connection and use its unique webhook URL.

If an import needs attention

Open the connection's import details to see which category stopped. Check that the API key is valid and has the requested read permissions, then retry the sync. A retry resumes from the last saved progress where possible.

When asking for help, include the provider, Live or Sandbox environment, affected category and approximate time. Do not send the API key or webhook signing secret.

Understand a result

Start with a template or describe the report in Ask AI, review the SQL, then run it. The summary explains the draft's assumptions. You can edit the question or SQL to refine the result.

If a number differs from your provider dashboard, compare the reporting dates, currency, payment statuses, refund treatment and data freshness. MRR also depends on your workspace's calculation settings and available history. Different currencies should not be added together without an explicit conversion.

Manage your subscription

Workspace owners can open Settings → Billing to see their plan, AI allowance, upcoming payment and invoice history. Use Manage subscription to open Stripe's portal, update the saved card or cancel renewal.

Both billing options include a 30-day trial with a card required. The subscription renews at the selected price after the trial unless you cancel. The yearly option is paid annually; its AI draft allowance refreshes monthly. See current pricing for the offer before starting a trial.

Share only the data you intend

Use the report's Share action to choose workspace members, a public link or selected email addresses. Email access does not add someone to your workspace. Copy and send the link to your intended recipients.

Hidden visualisation columns are still part of a shared result. Remove those columns from the query if they should stay private. Return the report to workspace access to disable its shared link.

A little context helps us help you

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead and which page you were on. An approximate time and a screenshot with personal data removed are useful. Keep passwords, API keys, full payment details and private customer records out of support messages.

You can also email help@payquery.app about billing, account or workspace deletion, privacy, or a suspected security issue. Canceling a subscription does not automatically remove its stored workspace data.
