Using PayQuery

These terms apply to PayQuery, operated by Sultans of SaaS. By creating an account after being shown these terms, you agree to them. You must be able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organisation, have its authority. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and only connect accounts or share information you are authorised to use. Questions can be sent to help@payquery.app.

The reporting service

PayQuery imports supported Stripe and Paddle data for SQL reports and dashboards. Queries are read-only against the imported copy. Results depend on data freshness, available history, provider fields and your calculation settings. AI drafts can contain mistakes; review the SQL and assumptions before relying on them. PayQuery provides reporting tools, not accounting, tax or investment advice.

Price, trial and renewal

Monthly billing is US$29 per workspace with 1,000 AI drafts per monthly allowance period. Annual billing is US$299 paid yearly, with 2,000 AI drafts each month. Review the final amount and renewal details in checkout before confirming.

The first subscription for a workspace includes a 30-day trial and requires a saved card. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it renews at the selected price and monthly or yearly frequency. Unused AI drafts do not roll over. Request limits and service-wide AI availability limits apply; an attempted generation can consume an allowance even if the draft fails. There are no automatic AI overage charges. The public demo is separate from a subscribed workspace.

Cancellation and billing questions

Workspace owners can cancel renewal or update payment details through Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. A scheduled cancellation keeps access through the verified trial or paid period. Unpaid subscriptions can lose new query access. Cancellation does not delete workspace data. Contact help@payquery.app about an incorrect charge, refund request or data removal. Refund and cancellation requests are assessed under the circumstances and applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory rights or remedies.

Your data and sharing

You retain your rights in data and reports you supply and permit us to process them as needed to provide the service and follow your settings. Our privacy notice explains this processing. You control report sharing: public links expose the returned data to anyone with the link. Hidden visualisation columns remain part of that data. Removing access cannot recall copies already exported.

Responsible use and service availability

Do not access another workspace without permission, misuse credentials, evade limits, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or unpaid billing, with notice where practical. Maintenance and provider interruptions can affect availability. No uptime guarantee or guarantee of error-free results is included in these terms.

Changes and concerns

We will communicate material changes to these terms or subscription pricing before they take effect where required by applicable law. Contact help@payquery.app if you have a concern or dispute so we can investigate it. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
